This is a ‘Hollow’ Case Sofa, designed by Patricia Urquiola for B & B Italia in 2006. This particular piece was manufactured in Italy in 2016. The design features upholstered interior panels done in a black and white houndstooth fabric, while the outer surface sports concave panels in glossy black. The seat case sits atop 4 polished steel legs.
The sofa measures 26.75 inches long, 79.5 inches wide and 27.5 inches high. They have a seat height of 16.5 inches. There are some nicks apparent in reverse on the bottom of the seat. Overall, the sofa is in excellent condition with light signs of wear and use. Please see photos.
