This is an Eames Aluminum Group Management Desk or Side Chair, model EA-108, designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1958. These examples were produced in 2012. The listed price includes one chair, and we have several available for purchase. The design sports a solid yet lightweight die-cast aluminum frame, and these have a four-point swivel base. The pieces retain their original upholstery, which is done in a smooth, dark brown leather; MCL Espresso 1R07. The arms are composed of die-cast aluminum, and have been freshly polished.
Each chair measures 23.5 inches long, 23 inches wide, and is 32.5 inches high. The median seat height is 18.5 inches. These chairs are in great shape, showing few signs of use. Please see photos.
