This is an Eames Aluminum Group Management Desk Chair, designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1958. This particular chair was produced in the 2010s. The design sports a solid yet lightweight aluminum frame, and its upholstery is in a yellow fabric. It has a tilt feature, and offers a full 360-degree swivel. This model features a manual lift mechanism.
The chair measures 23 inches long, 23 inches wide, and is 34 inches high. The fabric is in excellent shape. The base has some scratches and scuffs, and the arms have been recently polished. Overall, this chair is in excellent condition with light signs of use. Please see photos.
