This is an Eames Aluminum Group Management Desk Side Chair, model EA-108, designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1958. This particular example was produced in the 1970s. The design sports a solid yet lightweight die-cast aluminum frame, and retains its original upholstery which is a purple hopsack fabric. The arms are die-cast aluminum and have a black enamel coating.

The chair measures 23.5 inches long, 23 inches wide, and 32.5 inches high. The median seat height is 18.5 inches. The piece has some small stains apparent on its upholstery. The arms show some dings & scratches, but are in generally good condition. Please see photos.
