This is an Eames Aluminum Group Soft Pad Executive Chair, Model EA437, originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames in 1968. This particular example was produced by Herman Miller in the USA in the 2010s. The design features a cast aluminum frame with an adjustable five-star base, and has black leather upholstery. The seat and back have plush cushions that are 2 inches thick, ensuring the most comfortable seating situation available.
The chair measures 23.75 inches deep, 22.5 inches wide, and 40 inches high. The seat height is 18.5 inches. The upholstery is in excellent condition, with some light wear apparent at corners.
