This is a classic Bertoia Diamond Lounge chair, model 421, designed in 1952 by Harry Bertoia for Knoll International. These particular examples date to the 1980s. The listed price includes one chair, and we have 2 chairs available for individual purchase. Their design consists of a welded-steel wire seat in the shape of a diamond, and these have a matte white finish.
Each chair measures 28 inches long, 33.75 inches wide, and 30.5 inches high. Their seat height is 16.5 inches. While they do not have all four glides in the images, they will be sold with four glides on each chair. Their topcoat has some age and patina present. We can have these touched up at no additional cost upon request, or may have them re-powder coated professionally for an additional fee. Overall, these chairs are in solid condition with light wear.
